Q: How
much will it cost to ship my package?
All applicable US shipping costs are calculated using either
Priority Mail (USPS) or UPS weight and zone determinations and will include both shipping and handling charges.
Priority
Mail uses a set price structure for their envelopes and/or shipping boxes.
Domestic
UPS Ground on orders less than $100.00 is determined by both weight and destination and automatically carries UPS insurance
up to the $100.00 limitation. The average for a one pound shipment, the minimum weight allowance for
UPS, is $8.50, $11.50 with the handling charge. Usually, weight only adds about $0.15 to $0.20/lb after the first
pound. Destination will vary the first pound price, (depending on distance from us and distance from the nearest
UPS hub for the recipient).
Q: What is your return policy?
All
garments are inspected prior to shipping. However, we are smart enough to understand that mistakes happen.
Freight
Damage: If damage happens to your items in shipping to you please refuse your order, indicate "damaged"
on delivery receipt and call us immediately so we can start working on replacing your order. We will take all steps necessary
to insure that you have your replacement product as soon as possible.
Defects: If
your purchase is structurally inferior, we will replace your garment with the same size and color at no additional
charge.
Shrinkage: We are not responsible if you dry your garment in the dryer
and it shrinks. None of our garments are to be dried in the dryer. This is written in the tag, customers are told this
at the time of sale, and it is also written on the back of our business cards.
Improper Sizing:
We also understand, having been in the clothing business for over thirty years, the difficulty with sizing and choosing
the best size for you, the customer, from photos and a website. If after receiving your garment, you determine that
the size you selected, from the size chart included, is either too small or too large, Let's Wine
will replace the item with only shipping and handling charges to be incurred by the customer.
Q: My Tax Authority is sticking me with a bill. What do I do ?
It is the customer's responsibility
to be aware of and pay for any taxes or duty that is due on their order. Letswine.biz cannot and will not be liable for
any taxes or levies imposed by city or state regualtions.
